Thanks again for opting into this 4-part email series on how New Dawn Communities (NDC) offers Donors the opportunity to completely change the outlook of a desperate African Orphan.
Where Your Dollars Go When you donate to New Dawn Communities, 100% of your donation goes directly to the students. This is because of generous donations from our US Board of Directors who provide all the money needed for campus overhead items…and much more, since 2012.

". . . your donations (to New Dawn Communities) really fulfill the gospel command to care for widows and orphans and do the loving kinds of acts that present a witness to the world of who we are in Christ"
What is Unique about New Dawn Communities 501(c)(3)?
It’s not just digging a well for water, a chicken coop for a self-sustaining food source, or providing a top 50 Tanzanian education. NDC provides a turn-key, holistic solution[1] including all of the following and much more.
Our 50 acre Campus in Ishinde, Tanzania granted in 2014
Agricultural 50-acre farmland recently purchased in 2022
Well for water supply – completed in 2016
Farm Equipment and livestock for self-sustaining food supply
Kitchen and Bakery constructed in 2020
Student dormitory and classrooms for 150 students completed in 2020
Staff Offices, General Assembly and Gymnasium
Electrical service brought to campus in 2021
Computer lab, books, and audio-visual infrastructure
Biology Laboratory under construction to be completed in 2023
ll this gives these orphans everything that a loving family would.
New Dawn is also a Loving Community
At New Dawn, we firmly believe that our students need a secure, supportive, loving community around them to succeed in their studies. This includes everything required for a healthy, intentional lifestyle of learning. Living on a fully functional campus with peers and supportive, mentoring staff provides them with this life-changing opportunity.
The infusion of hope, agricultural products, water resources, and graduated secondary students ready to contribute to society has had a positive impact on the surrounding communities.
The NDC campus has helped to add roads, water supply, and electrical power to a once remote community. New campus job opportunities have helped to kindle an economic environment of growth and prosperity. New families are now moving into the area.
Campus Director, Bishop Mishomi talks about completion of Biology Laboratory
". . . And that is the priority in the government. You need to have lab so that the school can be a school, so that you can teach the students physics, chemistry, biology; Those subjects that need to have chemicals and experiments that are supposed to be done."
TNZ Campus Director Steven Mishomi
